With almost 2 decades of experience in Quality, Health, Safety, Environmental (QHSE) & Risk program management, Savannah Robin founded RiskWise to help small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) navigate the complexities of organizational risk and regulatory compliance to build long-term sustainability.
Originally established as Complete Compliance Resources, the company initially focused on ensuring businesses met regulatory standards. However, Savannah recognized that compliance alone was no longer enough for businesses seeking real, sustainable growth in today’s competitive markets. She saw an opportunity to help under-served SMBs move beyond basic compliance toward operational excellence through digital transformations and the integration of QHSE & Risk Program Management with Human and Organizational Performance (HOP) principles. This realization led to the bold decision to rebrand the company as RiskWise, reflecting her belief that a truly sustainable business optimizes both its performance and its people.
As a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and expert in Safety Culture Enhancement, Savannah specializes in Risk Mitigation and HOP, working across diverse industries such as manufacturing, energy, petrochemical, oil and gas, maritime, construction, and transportation. Her people-centric approach focuses on not just meeting compliance but fostering a culture of trust, transparency, team collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement that naturally enhances the acceptance of change initiatives focused on workplace safety, reduces risks, and improves overall organizational performance.
Her extensive work in culture enhancement, risk management, regulatory compliance, and program development has led to measurable improvements for businesses, including lower insurance costs, reduced incident rates (TRIR, LTI, DART, etc.), stronger safety culture engagement, and increased employee morale.
